Health is wealth usually means that if your body and mind are not healthy you cannot achieve happiness or all the wealth you want. It means a healthy person can achieve all the goals he wants to but an unhealthy person always faces a lot of hurdles due to its falling health. It’s not that a healthy person does not face any obstruction but he usually has that ability to prevail over.

A healthy lifestyle is very crucial for everybody. It’ll help us perform daily life tasks more efficiently and easily. A healthy body and mind lead to positive thoughts and great innovation. BASIC TIPS FOR A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
GET PROPER SLEEP
Sleep for at least 6 to 8 hours every day. Sleeping for 2-3 hours a day and thinking that you’ll catch up with your sleep at the weekend is illogical. Research shows that not having enough sleep will lead to contagious diseases like diabetes, heart diseases, etc.
DRINK WATER, ESPECIALLY BEFORE MEALS
Drinking 10-12 glass of water every day is very important. It helps in clearing the skin, helps maintain blood pressure and regulates body temperature, etc. Drinking water habitually before half-hour of talking a meal will help boost the metabolism.
ADD VEGETABLES PROTEIN IN YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
A good amount of vegetables is important for your body. Most vegetables are low in calories and a great source of Vitamin A and Vitamin C. They also provide basic needs of Folic acid. Also, add nuts and dry fruits in your diet
Your body needs to rebuilt and repair tissues. Proteins are used to balance hormones and enzymes and other body chemicals.
Exercise helps you balance your weight. It also helps maintain sugar level and insulin level.

EAT SMALL PORTIONS OF MEALS
Eat 4-5 small portions of meal instead of having 3 large-sized meals. This will help you maintain your weight and you will digest your food better. It also helps in speeding up metabolism. Avoid fizzy drinks and excess use of sugar as well.
